The menu is prepared by the chef of the Art Restaurant Mánes, Jaroslav Zahálka. Feel the energy of the functionalist architecture, the famous Manes Gallery, and the piano combine for an amazing experience. Menu: Soup: Pea cream Served with butter croutons, fava beans, basil créme fraiche, watercress oil and afila sprouts Main course: Beef Bourguignon in red wine gravy, fried oyster mushrooms, onions, potato and celery puree Dessert: Sweet mini dumplings, vanilla custard Kids main course: Chicken schnitzsel with potato puree We are glad to serve an alternative main course in case you order it at least 48 hours before the start.
